This is the 15lbs of chicken I canned the other day. It took me ALL day long. Garrett got home around 3 so he took care of Sienna while I did everything. It was only my second time canning by myself. I'm not that good at it yet. It's nice to have once it's done but it is a long process.
I know what you mean. I have only canned chicken once too and I just bought all my chicken so I can do it again. I am kind of dreading it. It is hard to find a whole day that you can give up to do it, but you are right is so nice to have when you are done.
